General Terms and Conditions

Vroff AB, a limited liability company incorporated under the Companies Act of Sweden with identification number 559555-3701, (the “Provider”), offers the services of the website www.vroff.com (the “Services”) to the public free of charge.
Anyone accessing or using the Services (the “User”) is bound by the following general terms and conditions of use (the "GTCs"), as they may apply from time to time.
The User’s Obligations
The User ensures that its access to and all use of the Services is in accordance with these GTC and any applicable laws and regulations.
The User is responsible for its right to enter into the obligations associated with the use of the Services.
A User’s account is strictly individual. The User guarantees that the information provided upon registration for the Services is accurate and kept updated. A User may never access the account of any other User and may never give any other party access to its own account. The User must immediately notify the Provider of any possible, suspected or confirmed unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach.
The User is solely responsible for all content created, distributed, processed or published in the course of its use of the Services, ensuring that all such content is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations in any applicable jurisdiction.
The User is solely responsible for its own content and undertakes to ensure that its use of such content through the Services does not infringe upon any third parties’ rights, violate any applicable law or regulation and that it is otherwise appropriate. Thus the User is specifically responsible for ensuring that its using, sharing, divulging, publishing, modifying or otherwise processing any content through the Services is in accordance with any intellectual property rights, confidentiality limitations, contractual obligations or positions of trust as may be applicable from time to time in any relevant jurisdiction.
The User is exclusively responsible for all equipment and software used to access the Services as well as for its access to the Internet.
Any artificial use of the Services using automated processes such as robots or scripts or by any other means is strictly prohibited.
Any violation or infringement by the User may result in immediate termination of the Services. The Provider reserves the right to seek any legal remedy it deems fit and to cooperate with any legitimate authority in the course of identifying, investigating or prosecuting any violations or infringements.
Limitation of the Provider's Liability
The Provider is in no way liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused the User or any associated third party in the course of providing the Services, any error or fault therein or the cessation or termination thereof.
The Provider is in no way liable for the User’s content created or published by the User.
Intellectual Property
The general structure of the Services and the individual components comprising it are the exclusive property of the Provider. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of the Services or any of their component parts by any means whatsoever is prohibited.
All content accessible through the Services, other than the User’s own content or other Users’ own content, is the exclusive property of the Provider. The User is not authorized to use the Provider’s content or create any works in any way derived from such content or any component thereof.
The Provider does not acquire any ownership rights to the content created or published by the User through use of the Services. The User is thus solely responsible for the protection of such content against infringements, misappropriation or any other violation or misuse by third parties.
Modification of the Services
The Provider reserves the right to, at any time, unilaterally modify the Services, cease to provide the Services for free or cease to provide the Services at all.
Amendments
These GTCs may be unilaterally amended by the Provider at any time. The User will be notified of such amendments and is bound by any updated versions by continuing to access or use the Services after such notification.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These GTCs shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law. Any dispute arising therefrom shall be finally resolved by the Swedish courts.
